Table of Contents
Collections Page
The “Collections” page is accessible exclusively to authenticated users (Researcher).
Non-authenticated users do not see this section and cannot access saving and organization functionalities for regesta.
The page allows the management, consultation, and navigation of documents saved within the platform.
Access to the section
The authenticated user may access the “Collections” page through the navigation tab located in the upper part of the interface.
Access leads to a dedicated screen for the management of document collections.
The section is not visible in the absence of authentication.
Creation of a Collection
Within the “Collections” page, the user may create a new document collection.
Creation takes place through a dedicated command (e.g. “Create Collection”), which allows the user to:
- assign a name to the Collection;
- save it within the platform;
- use it subsequently for associating generated regesta.
Collections represent logical containers that allow the organization of multiple extracted documents.
Viewing saved documents
The page displays the list of available Collections and the documents associated with them.
By selecting a Collection, the user may view the regesta saved within it.
For each document, the following elements can be consulted:
- the original text (in read-only mode);
- the generated regestum;
- the associated structured fields.
Pagination system
If a Collection contains multiple documents, the system activates a navigation mechanism based on pagination.
The user may:
- navigate among different documents through numeric indicators;
- move from one file to another by selecting the corresponding number;
- consult the documents sequentially.
The pagination system reflects the total number of documents present within the Collection.
“Last Documents” section
The page may include a section dedicated to recently saved documents (“Last Documents”).
This area provides quick access to the most recently generated and archived regesta within the platform.
