Resource and Project states
HORTUS uses lifecycle states to manage content.
Typical states
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Work in progress, not submitted |
| Pending moderation | Submitted, waiting for review |
| Approved | Accepted for publication |
| Rejected | Needs revision |
| Published | Visible to users |
How to read the lifecycle
- Draft → internal work
- Pending → under review
- Approved → ready
- Published → visible and usable
Some systems may separate Approved and Published stages.
