Read this manual in two ways

• Use the screenshots, CTA tables, and workflow notes together: they explain not only what a screen looks like, but also what action to take next.
• Use the role notes carefully. Many features change slightly depending on whether you are a visitor, a signed-in user, a contributor, a maintainer, or a moderator.
