Metadata Management feature

Metadata lifecycle
Metadata formats also follow a lifecycle:
- Draft → creation phase
- Submitted → under review
- Approved → reusable
- Updated → versioned changes
Good practices
- use clear field definitions

- use controlled vocabularies where possible
- ensure consistency across records
