Account deactivation
Account deactivation temporarily disables access.
What happens when you deactivate your account
- you cannot log in
- your profile is no longer active
- your content remains in the system
- your data is preserved
When to use deactivation
- temporary inactivity
- pause participation
- need to suspend access without losing data
How to request deactivation
Depending on system configuration:
- use account settings (if available)
